Bar & Lapa

As the sun begins to set, casting a warm golden glow across the landscape, guests gravitate towards the flickering flames of a crackling fire at the heart of the Phelwana Lapa. The fire's dancing light creates an enchanting ambiance, casting gentle shadows on the faces of those gathered around.

Our bar is situated in the garden of the Main Lodge. Here our guests can enjoy refreshments and catch up on the local sport or news of the day. Adjacent to the bar is our Lapa, where guests can enjoy the campfire in the evenings and share stories about their day. Braais or barbeques are served here. Our chefs cook on open flame and guests are served from the fire. A truly wonderful and authentic dining experience.
